Brick

These are bricks from the Meadow Mill Millennium Sculpture commissioned for the Greenfield Valley Park, near Flint, N.Wales, UK. Dilys Jackson made a brick sculpture which represents a roll of engraved copper such as was produced at Meadow Mill during its industrial heyday. The carved blue bricks were set into a red brick platform in a formalised representation of the Greenfield Valley river and its many pools resulting from dams made to produce power for the mills
